Shipping Policy

Processing and Dispatch Delays: Due to a high volume of orders and the implementation of COVID-19 management procedures, there may be delays in dispatching orders. We value your patience and understanding during these times.

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, following the receipt of your order confirmation email.

Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery.

Authority to Leave: Our products are shipped with an Authority to Leave. It is important that someone is available to receive the order. If the package is left at your premises and no one is available to accept it, Milas Gallery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Unit Block Deliveries: If you live in a unit block and the driver cannot access a safe place to leave the package, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery or picking up the package from the freight company.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping in metro areas: Up to 7 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping outside metro areas: 7-14 business days.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. Flat shipping can also automatically apply on certain orders.

In-store Pickup Option:

  • Locations: Available for free at Villawood and Parramatta.
  • Pickup Times: Orders will be ready for pickup within 3 business days, excluding weekends. Pickup hours during COVID-19 are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
  • Requirements: Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
