Change of Mind: Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, not as described, significantly different from a sample shown, or doesn't perform its intended function, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate this process.
Returns Policy
When considering a return, please be aware of the following:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in cases of change of mind or ordering mistakes. This includes any shipping costs incurred, which are non-refundable. In the case of a return for store credit or refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Sale Items: No refunds or exchanges are offered on sale items.

Item Condition: To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in perfect, resalable condition. Milas Gallery is not obligated to provide credit for items returned damaged or in a condition that prevents resale. Proper packaging of returned items is crucial.

Restocking Fee: For returns due to change of mind or non-faulty items, a restocking fee of 25% will apply, along with any third-party payment fees incurred by Milas Gallery.

Quality Assurance: We conduct quality checks and photograph items before dispatch. However, if you believe there is a discrepancy, please reach out to us.

Exceptions: We do not offer refunds but may provide exchanges or store credit in specific cases where the item is unsafe or significantly different from its description or sample.
